I don’t like that this app wants to charge u for canceling a ride because the wait time is too long or because the driver is too far from ur location Lyft charging for those things just shows how money hungry this company is charging their customers for a service that was not provided especially when a driver was not even appointed yet. Makes no sense

Huge disappointment, unfairness to the fullest, drivers get basically abused, the platform keeps the majority of the earnings. No one cares, I hope soon the World enjoys been driving by senseles take emotional Robots

I used to think Lyft was better than uber. Their prices aren’t off. To only banning loyal customers for reporting their reckless drivers being violent and DUI.

This company has to be the scam at the 22nd century. The price of the rides are never the same. They change all the time trying to deal with lift customer service gonna do is turn your hair gray and you can’t talk to anybody else. They keep 70% of the money compared to 30% for the drivers Trump needs to shut them down.

It seems Lyft has forgotten why it was put into service ( or they are hiring disgruntled taxi dispatchers) passenger rates = 1.09 per mile, .028 per minute etc. but it seems whatever time a customer books a ride they go straight to surge rate, 1.8mile trip and the customer pays $ 9, to $20+ per mile, something is way off track, even with COVID, passengers have to get in the car with drivers, so there should be a closer offset than what is being given, Lyft you guys are pushing us back to taxi's, let's get back on track, PLEA... read more
