Out of my last 3 rides since March 25, one was late by 1/2 hour without explanation, one ride was great, and the third was a no show. Lyft has no customer service phone number. Customer service is through first a chat bot to navigate through to get a live person and then you must explain you problem through a ponderous chat part of the app. Lyft has a policy of charging you for lateness on your part, but no compensation for egregious lateness by a driver. Lyft Driver Damirjon license plate T7551782 was using us phone while driving that he the exit cuz he was too busy talking on his phone when I said to him that he missed the exit. He was very rude and says I know and when I told him he shouldn't be using his phone he said don't tell me what I should be doing in my own car. That is very unprofessional and when you try to call Lyft to get a hold of a live customer service agent to make a complaint you can't get a hold of anyone. Not a good business practice.
