LYFT STOLE FROM ME AND MANY OTHERS AND HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CAN’T SEEM TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES WHEN THEIR WRONG AND OWE YOU KONEY BUT WOULD RATHER MAKE A CHEAP GESTURE OF A $5.00 CREDIT INSTEAD OF GUBING AN ENTIRE REFUND DUE TO AN ERROR ON THEIR END THE CUSTOMER WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO PAY. Dear Lyft I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with a recent ride I took with my kids who are multi racial. Despite requesting a safe and family-friendly environment, the driver took it upon himself to play gangster rap music containing explicit language and the N-word just 5 minutes into our 30-minute drive. A Lyft XL says they have room for 6. When my “XL” showed up there wasn’t enough seating for my party of 5. Seems like it shouldn’t be that hard to verify if a car has enough seats on Lyft’s part, yet here we are.
