Terrible company. Will not be using any time soon unless absolutely desperate. A driver was matched with us for pick up at Fort Lauderdale airport. He failed to pick us up in the pick up zone. He did not speak an English and his messaging was not clearly translated. He found a worker at a different terminal to speak with us. We had to walk with our luggage 10-15 min to find him and then we were charged for being late! It was very late at night and we were exhausted and just wanted to get to our location. Left phone in car in Orlando Florida. Driver drove around with it all day, took it home and refused to return it. Thanks Jasino. Don’t use this service EVER. If I could give it negative stars I would. Customer service does nothing for you.

I have been trying to reach anybody at lyft to look into what happened this morning and no one as yet to reach out. I was picked up brought to my first stop and then was left there. After picking up my starbucks with no way to get the work on time . The ride was ended even after i told the driver i'm going to pick up my coffee.
