Somehow my ex was able to apply for a Lyft driver job through my account and totally screwed it up. I am now locked out of it and can't get back in and there's no such thing as customer service to get it straightened out! Your online support is worthless! Their app is horrible and misleading. trick you into double tipping. The tipping box doesn’t say it’s an increased tip . Then their support said can’t do anything about it, and refused to refund. At the end only offer some coupon.
I wish I could give them 0 Stars Because that’s what they deserve. They do not care bout there drivers at all. I was deactivated for 2 reports both they was year apart. Which they didn’t even take It’s a consideration . I’m trying to dispute a charge because the driver never picked me up but there is no one to speak to and no one answers my texts
I am writing regarding a lost item from a recent ride and the difficulty I experienced while trying to retrieve it. I understand that there is a $20 return fee intended to compensate drivers for delivery time and gas.
