A driver completely ruined my day. There is no real recourse when a driver lies about their location and is not at the correct pickup spot. It is especially frustrating when the text history clearly shows the driver admitting they cannot get to you, yet they still mark themselves as "arrived" at some other address. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone to send me over time and date because my account was permanently deactivated because a writer lied on me saying I said something sexual and races to them. I’m a five star no bad reviews at all. They permanently deactivate my account right before Christmas. They had not sent me the time or date I told them that I have audio and they also have not told me what was said. I know nothing was said but they have not told me what the customer is accusing me of.Really show that you guys... read more

Do not I repeat do not use Lyft! I ordered a ride from Lyft and they charge me $56. In addition to the $56 they put four holds on my account for the same amount. To make matters worse you cannot reach them by phone you have to do that annoying chat and their response is basically they don't care. I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and I needed that money in my account. This is a total nightmare!
