Since I can't put my review elsewhere. You guys need to fix the problem of having no ride matching between the Alabama/Florida at the gulf. One should not walk from pensacola into the Alabama border so that rides can be matched to either location.

My wife and I are both seniors and we felt really unsafe in the middle of the night in the middle of the road in the cold trying to communicate with a driver who could not speak a word of English. This is unacceptable. We messaged him and he still couldn’t understand the message. We were left stranded on the road for almost 30 mins trying to speak to the driver and guide him to where we were but of no avail. Lyft is illegally disabling accounts of users enrolled in their low-income bike plan... yes, the very program they’re contractually obligated to offer under their SFMTA agreement. Even that discounted rate is still overpriced for what you get: unreliable, poorly maintained bikes. The truth? These bikes aren't even maintained by Lyft. February 18, 2025 falsely charged $150 for damages never incurred on an $9.99 ride. April 21, 2025 Female, non-English speaking Driver throw my luggage on ground 4 blocks from my home coming from airport. Worst experiences of my life at 81 years old.
