Lyft sucks as a company..they deactivated me for no reason att all..
I was false deactivated when customer asked me tons personal questions about me being pregnant. The customer asked how far along I was along, where I was delivering, if I was with the father that got me pregnant, how do I pay my bills, am I straight or gay, what was my due date. 'DO NOT RIDE WITH RIDESH (if that's even his real name). HE DRIVES AN OLDER, BEAT-UP BLACK HONDA CIVIC AND HE STEALS! So, on August 4, 2025 I requested a ride. My experience with Lyft's driver support has been absolutely unacceptable. I contacted them simply to ask one basic question: "What is my current negative balance?" — and after over an hour of waiting, repeating myself three times, and receiving contradictory responses, I still didn’t get a clear answer.
