ATTENTION ALL FUTURE RENTERS: I had rented a KIA from here. The vehicle was given to me dirty. I almost cut my self on a rusty pair of scissors that was in-between the center console and the passenger seat. When I returned the vehicle I was accused of leaving the car dirty. The practice at this location is absolutely horrendous. LYFT should separate there partnership for the sake of there drivers.
Horrible exp. Waste of time and not worth it. I was there for 4 hours just to return a car. Horrible customer service. They charge you for the day you return the car. They do what they have to do so you dont get your deposit back. Plus they charge you for other stuff. I made an appointment to return my car and they still charged me for that day it was returned and never got my deposit back
Employees are nice but under staffed. Always have to wait like 30 minutes to death with my Lyft rental situations, or try to hunt someone down. The Lyft rental box is always empty when I arrive even for an appointment. Seagulls will crap all over your car, and honestly the remote rates are high, higher than uber from what I hear in the street. Mine was $368 a week. And you have to add Insurrance on top. There are two different Hertz rental office they are definitely waste of a time and pretty confusing to reach their there are not located inside the airport still pretty complicated confusing just to reach there 😕
