I actually really liked this place until recently. Here's a list of reasons why. 1. A parking lot filled with hundreds of cars, yet they always claim they don't have any. 2. Every single car that I've been given has been filthy. I was still scraping bird poop off one a week after I got it and I went to the car wash every day. 3. Lyft and Hertz policies don't align. There need to be more consistency with providing rideshare drivers with decent vehicles to utilize! If the rideshare driver that's been renting from your location for over a month should be able to switch out there vehicle for whatever you have out there to rent at that time! This location should have amp amount of vehicles to choose from each day because youll are providing a service for Lyft Rideshare Drivers and we definitely do appreciate it! This location has The most unprofessional employees ever ever !!! They absolutely make you understand that they don’t want to work sometime you wait for hours and they are just chatting and laughing with each other ….. they stare at you like you work for them or you owe them something , AVOID RENTING WITH LYFT HERTZ PROGRAM YOU WILL PAY MORE FOR THE SAME CAR rented with uber , you will waste 3/4 hours to renew because the people at this agency are the slowest and most unreliable on earth and the rides are paid less then ube... read more
