I was forced to cancel my membership and charged a penalty fee, despite the fact that the gym itself does not follow the standards it claims to promote. The facility is consistently filthy — there were visible blood stains in the restroom that remained for weeks without being cleaned. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern.
