Rented, got in a car accident, wasn’t my fault, ended the rental, flexdrive continued to charge me, I’m suing.
This was the worst place I've ever rented from not only did they give me a nasty car that was covered in white and brown stains on every seat in the car but it was covered in animal fire all over the car when you turned on the ac it smelled like cat urine. Predatory company that feeds off desperate people. There is zero support. Always "you have to call lyft" and then lyft says "you have to call flex drive" and when you wait an hour on the phone with flex drive its "you have to drive into the office they dont have a phone number" (and they do have a phone)
