Never again..... ventured away from the main rental companies to "save a buck" that buck cost me tripled the cost of the rental I had setup. Called them to notify the late departure. Scam. I was told the car would reimburse the days the rental was not used and I have yet to receive my money for that. I was charged for personal miles 4 times bc the Lyft app just logs you out if you are driving for more than 15 mins and I never received a refund it’s been 2 months. I won’t be renting from them again. They also charged me for damages to the car that were already there and tried to say they weren’t . I had receipts and detailed videos and photos .
