Horrible. I been with them over 9 yrs and decided to rent a car recently. The worst decision ever. If you had to get maintenance done, they put you to the side since it was Lyft and had you waiting all day. You would get your car back only to find out nothing was done. I had to take it back three times for brakes, and they tried telling me the new brakes were defective.
