And yes, I am definitely agreeing with a lot of people talking about Lyft Services doesn’t have phone number for someone to contact, that is very important as something like mine where I am not a Lyft driver or rider, but someone hacked my debit through Lyft service and taking a lot of money out of my debit card so they need to contact me ASAP !!!!

As if they aren't already enough of a scam, don't expect any problems to be resolved because Lyft fails to provide any type of customer service. I had a driver put my life at risk and Lyft continues to let this driver stay on the road. Sad honestly. A huge disappointment

Lyft canceled my pre schedule ride 15 minutes before pick up. Luckily, Uber was able to pick me up.

First time using them. Driver was rude, not responsive , went to the wrong pickup spot. Refused to go to the correct spot and cancelled my ride. This was a reserved ride that I got at a good price. Luckily Uber came to the rescue. Never again, Lyft. Deleted the app.
