This place rules. I use the open gym when I’m in town seeing my folks. There’s a lot of functional fitness equipment in the gym and it’s all well maintained. The space is huge and the vibe is very southern training hall, which is right up my alley. The group fitness class are a great time as well and always a good challenge. The coaches are knowledgeable and keep the class running smoothly and safely. Nick the owner and his family are real nice people and I always enjoy seeing them.
The best fitness community in Enterprise! If you're looking for a welcoming functional fitness gym, look no further than LYFE. My experience here has topped that of any other gym in the area!
