We called and asked if we could get two rooms and asked if we could get in as soon as possible because we had a family member who wasn’t feeling well and they worked to get us in quickly. They let us check in a 1:00 and super helpful with directions. Even came to the parking lot where we were waiting and she told they had an open room available. Ms Simmy was very helpful and awesome with everything if you are looking for a hotel. As were the cleaning crew.
