I really love this gym! I just moved to America from the Netherlands and I didn’t know many people so I joined this gym and I immediately felt welcome. The classes are for everyone, there are experts but also beginners in the class, if you struggle with a certain exercise there are always alternatives. I even took my husband to the gym who really hates working out but he actually liked the class! If you want to get in shape and you don’t know where to start this is the place.
It's a very nice place with great coaches, who are also very patient with you and accompany you well. LOVE THIS PLACE!
Me and my Wife started a year ago OUR life has changed tremendously Mentally and physically we have gotten better and stronger Thank you so Much Dan u changed our lives Lfye Fitness is so much fun the members are so supportive and friendly It’s definitely 1 of the best life decisions we have made definitely looking forward to continuing our journey together in CrossFit DAN u are truly an inspiration and amazing person THANKS a million to everyone that supported us at LYFE FITNESS
