This gym has a fantastic vibe and a great variety of equipment! The classes are energizing, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I always leave feeling motivated and ready to tackle the day!

Life Fitness is actually really awesome. I was hesitant to start but, I was welcomed on day one. Everyone was willing to help and not just exercise but, talk and laugh and everything. When I stopped coming for a few, Dan checked in and made sure all was good and let me know, I'm welcome any day!! I'm glad I clicked that social media link!!
