Lyfe wasn’t the closest gym from my home, and because of that I tried different gyms. Even at the time I was not a member I was always welcomed for dropping off or doing any kind of qualifiers. The owner (Carlos) not always welcome me, but helped me as I was part of the Lyfe community. When I decided to join Lyfe I had even more pleasant experiences. I had such a wonderful experience, especially in Fabian’s class! It was my sister’s and my first time, and we were honestly a little nervous walking in, but Fabian immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and encouraging from start to finish. He took the time to explain the movements clearly, checked in on our form, and made sure we felt confident rather than overwhelmed.
