My case was a little complicated because I live in Massachusetts and at the time my daughter was a New Hampshire resident. Kalie was very knowledgeable with both state laws, she was patient and helped me win custody of my daughter. Her staff was amazing, they answered any questions I had and were very helpful with all the “what if” situations that come with any family court proceedings. Hopefully I never need a family lawyer again, but if I do I’m going to Lydon Law.

I wouldn’t recommend her for an actual high conflict divorce and custody case. She allowed the opposing counsel to play games, orchestrate everything, continue court dates, never filed anything , or contacted my daughters school like was agreed upon, this cost me further time from my child and over 20k. With nothing to show, no strategy, and an experience I should have not been in a position to experience, and her ultimately turning rude to me based off a lie from opposing counsel which ended up being proved. Hired one of the associate attorneys and had a similar experience to others. They were slow to respond to emails-some emails going unanswered entirely. My attorney spent more time and effort arguing opposing council's case to me than making arguments for me. They threw out the strategy my previous attorney had formulated and went in without any strategy. The end result was definitely worse for hiring this firm. Very similar sentiment to previous review- slow on response, emails and documents appeared to be put together by someone who is uneducated vs an attorney that is representing you. You need to request documents or information numerous times and if you're lucky you'll receive it in a timely manner prior to any deadlines. She tends to email late in the day causing for additional fees if you respond after a certain hour or extending the time it takes to get things handled.
