My mother has been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over 20 years. Unfortunately, ever since the change in management and staff, the quality of service has drastically declined. The new customer service is simply unacceptable. They consistently fail to deliver essential, life-sustaining medications on time, causing unnecessary stress and potential health risks.
