When i got off the phone with my girlfriend she didn't hang up the phone completely. As she walked out the room i heard them grill her cause they thought she cussed but didn't. Then for the next 15 minutes i listened to the staff talk shit about my girlfriend. I finally hung up and tried to call back. The hypocritical staff should be dismantled and bared from public services. They're lucky I'm 8 hours away

I was only there 3 days. The only thing this house is concerned with is making you clean, going out to smoke, and sit and look at each other. The groups were a joke and not about experiences. We had 1 group where we had to write our why (why we’re there). Another day we painted rocks cuz we had nothing else to do, what the heck did this have to do with anything concerning sobriety? My daughter is in the Lydia House now. She has been treated unfairly and not given ovenight passes as the other women have. She is constantly threatened to be put out on the streets if she does not agree with staffs treatment. I called with questions about policies and for a number to corporate office or to speak with someone other than the rude staff membee that stated she is in charge and was not given any information....only confronted with sarcasm and threats to put my daughter out because of questions.
