Dr. Zuser, did not respond for 5 months after I dropped off a letter regarding my healthcare. My calls were not returned so I had to write a letter. It contained concerns about the wrong medications being sent to the pharmacy, for conditions I do not have. Refills for medications that I no longer had the condition for. Also there was no time for sick visits. My neighbor also had her he raised health complaints that she brushed off. He went to MGH for a 2nd opinion. I have been under her care for several years and have benefited significantly from her expertise in addressing my health concerns. I highly recommend her.
