I've been a client of Lydia's for the last 10+ years. I highly recommend her services as a life coach and therapist. She's very good at helping me get 'unstuck'. She is able to intuitively guide each session in such a way that I always gain more self awareness and experience a meaningful shift. She's simply brilliant.
Lydia is truly amazing at what she does. She is incredibly empathetic and easy to open up to, and she asks very deep questions. She has a way of getting you to question your emotions ans thoughts at a deeper level, getting to the root of an emotion/ thought. I highly recommend Lydia :)
