Dr.Villafuerte listened and took the time to sit down and explain things I really appreciated that and it helped calm my nerves I am not a fan of being at the Dr's office but Dr.Villafuerte and her team helped me feel comfortable. Shout out to her front desk Danielle who was very sweet and friendly.
Dr. Villafuerte has been my primary doctor for many years and is a wonderful person. I've had to make many visits over the years and she is always a pleasant and knowledgeable person to talk with. I love her candidness and no holds honesty more than anything. So long as I can help it, she will always be my primary doctor.
Lydia Villafuerte is a poor excuse of a doctor. My very best friend - who was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, friend, caregiver, and so much more - was a patient of Lydia’s when she worked in Carlinville, Illinois. My friend struggled for YEARS with digestive issues. When I saw her I was having horrible stomach pain. I had to switch due to insurance. She told me she wasn?t giving me any pain meds when I never asked for any. I saw my obgyn who said I had post ablation syndrome and needed a hysterectomy. Problem solved after. Fast forward. I reached out with new chest pain on exertion. She told me I was too young and it was not cardiac. No testing or visit. I transferred doctors quickly and had a cardiac cath and 95% blockage and 2 stents.
