Lydia is great! She is very knowledgeable and offers a range of techniques and treatments. Her massages are definitely among the best I’ve had.
Lydia is excellent at what she does she has helped me so much with my inner ear problems my congestion and any kind of sinus problems that I've had her Cranial sacral therapy are wonderful I can't wait for my monthly sessions with her..
