Dr. Rabinowich, was very kind, great personality. and took time to know me as a person.
I found this Dr. to have been very through & compassionate to my issues, her beside manner was very comforting & she left no question i had unanswered & i really appreciated the time Dr. Rabinowich took with me & the fact i finally feel I have found the perfect Dr. I'm looking forward to our next follow up visit, feels really good to feel that it's still doctors out here that really care..i would without doubt recommend Dr. Lydia Rabinwich..
I do not like too judge anyone, especially when it comes down to work related issues, but this doctor has absolutely no bed side manners. This was my 1st visit as it will be my last. During my visit she ask me the routine questions, including those that has to do with COVID-19. When I answered her questions she started to shame for my decisions as too why my children are fully remote and why I have not or will not get the vaccine, and I quote her " it is a huge irresponsibility from you part to not get vaccinated, huge". Extemely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional front office. I went to the office, asked if Dr. Rabinowitz is In Network, told her my insurance, and the lady at the front desk said no. I provided my insurance card, and was still told no. I looked up the doctor on my insurance website, and the dr. is listed In Network. I showed it to the front desk, and they proceeded to tell me that I cannot make an appointment without referral, and blah, blah. I informed them that I just wanted to know if the dr was In-Network. Wonderful experience all around. Dr Rabinowich was professional, thorough and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when dealing with my spinal nerve injury.
