I hit traffic, I call to let them know that I am about 3min late. They tell me that I have a 10min window. Two minutes later they call me back as I am by the door to tell me I must reschedule. First, I should have not called. Second, a doctor’s office that is not willing to accommodate for 3min does not care about their patients. Thankfully, I now know what their priorities are. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and uncaring. I will be finding another doctor.
Dr. Garcia has been my GYN for 12+ years. I cannot speak more highly of her. She is second to none. The last 12 - 15 years in my GYNO journey has been extremely challenging. From the most friendly and helpful admin staff who answer the phone and check you in and out, to experienced nurses who clearly love what they do, Dr. Garcia has stacked her office with a truly exceptional team. And then there's the boss lady herself. What a champion for women's health. She's a down-to-earth expert who listens and cares about making her patients feel like they're in control of their health and decisions about their body. Highly recommend for 40+ yr old folks with female parts.

I love Dr. Garcia!! I’ve been seeing Dr. Garcia since she bought this practice and she has helped guide me through my post breast cancer care with compassion and an occasional laugh. I find Dr. Garcia to be very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I’ve referred friends as well as my own Mother to Dr. Garcia. I love the staff who are also very kind and attentive, very helpful anytime I call. If you want the best gynecologist in this area, you should be calling Dr. Garcia.
