I very rarely post reviews but after seeing a couple negative reviews that were posted I’d like to share my experience … I have seen Dr Lydia Garcia multiple times during the last few years for my Heavy bleeding as I enter into my perimenopause phase and change of life. She has been nothing but amazing, and I never feel rushed, and believe me I have a lot of questions and concerns and she addresses all of them and will let me know all options available to me. She was very rushed and talking very fast while spitting. At one point her phone rang and she ran out of the room mid sentence. She did not listen to me or my concerns. I would not recommend this provider unless you want to be spoken down to and not listened. She claims to be a menopause specialist but does not believe in root cause analysis and wanted me to take estrogen without doing any and I mean any labs. I do not recommend this doctor for menopause care, she has a terrible communication style and speaks to you like you are a child. She rushes through appointments, does not explain things properly and gets irritated if you question things. I felt berated and belittled by this person.
I first went to this practice in April of 2025- I saw Beverly Kennedy and she was absolutely amazing! I had never felt so heard. Fast forward to 6 week follow up. I saw Lydia. I felt Rushed, unheard, but went with it. 2 more appointments where I again felt rushed. Unheard. Like how I felt didn’t matter and like I was just another $$. I’m now receiving a bill for my First appt which was an annual exam for over $300 because they didn’t submit it to insurance that way. If I could give no stars I would. Lydia Garcia is the worst doctor I have ever seen. No bedside manner at all, never introduced herself, I made a list of my symptoms thinking I would be spending at least 30-45 minutes with her to discuss my symptoms and I spent more time with her check in nurse than her. She said we only get 30 minutes to spend with patients. She asked about my symptoms and I said where is the list I provided your nurse. It's on my desk. Well go get it.
