If I could give no stars I would. Lydia Garcia is the worst doctor I have ever seen. No bedside manner at all, never introduced herself, I made a list of my symptoms thinking I would be spending at least 30-45 minutes with her to discuss my symptoms and I spent more time with her check in nurse than her. She said we only get 30 minutes to spend with patients. She asked about my symptoms and I said where is the list I provided your nurse. It's on my desk. Well go get it. I hit traffic, I call to let them know that I am about 3min late. They tell me that I have a 10min window. Two minutes later they call me back as I am by the door to tell me I must reschedule. First, I should have not called. Second, a doctor’s office that is not willing to accommodate for 3min does not care about their patients. Thankfully, I now know what their priorities are. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and uncaring. I will be finding another doctor.
Dr. Garcia has been my GYN for 12+ years. I cannot speak more highly of her. She is second to none. The last 12 - 15 years in my GYNO journey has been extremely challenging. Dr. Garcia was and remains very invested in my journey and me personally throughout it all. From the most friendly and helpful admin staff who answer the phone and check you in and out, to experienced nurses who clearly love what they do, Dr. Garcia has stacked her office with a truly exceptional team. And then there's the boss lady herself. What a champion for women's health. She's a down-to-earth expert who listens and cares about making her patients feel like they're in control of their health and decisions about their body. Highly recommend for 40+ yr old folks with female parts.
