Yesterday my mom and I visited Dr. Lydia’s office for a recheck because she was experiencing difficulties with the glasses that she had just ordered. She was not happy that we were there. From the moment we walked in the was very “extra” and agitating looking. She thought we were criticizing her work rather than just thinking a patient is having problems with her vision and is back to check and see what is the best to do. Absolutely horrible. Her staff and her self are rude and not helpful at all. I literally took my son mid-exam and walked out. I asked basic questions for clarification and was snapped at by her staff member and when we sought for help from the Dr. she wasn't any less rude. So I took my $200 and son and booked an appointment at another optometrist. I highly recommend you do the same.
