WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Lydia was hired because she was a friend of a family member. She took advantage of the existing relationship, forcing us to track her down for deliverables and other minor touches (like putting talking cards through an at-home laminator, with the paper folded over on itself). The friendship she had with my family member is no more, as a direct result of the lack of time and attention she gave toward the sale of TWO of our homes, simultaneously.
The best of the best! Nothing like being on maternity leave and deciding to buy and sell our home! From our initial meet she made she we were well informed and comfortable with every step. I never felt like she didn’t have our back 100%. She was so attentive and understanding and so damn good at her job! She has such a strong team and it shows. Alyssa was always quick to respond and they always made us feel well cared for. Thank you!!!
