I wish the stylist told me beforehand that she couldn’t do the style I wanted. I asked for feed in cornrows with low tension and not a lot of added hair. She had me facing away from the mirror so I couldn’t see everything she was doing. She braided way too tight and added too much hair. I asked her to redo a couple but even then she couldn’t do the style. The cornrows came out bulky and stiff with too much tension on my edges and neck. You couldn’t pay me to come back here. It’s not allowing me to add pictures unfortunately

My 7 year old and myself got medium knotless. They were very hospitable and professional. My daughter acted out because she does not like the process they were extremely accommodating. They gave her an iPad and me water. They let her have several breaks and not once made me feel bad for her actions. Our hair came out lovely. There prices are comparable to other shops but with great service I will be coming back. 10/10 would highly recommend.

everyone here is nice & hospitable, but when it comes to the service itself there's a few things they should work on. ive come here for about two years now, & gotten the same style. each time it has costed me a different amount than the last one. the braiders are quite often rough with my hair when it comes to gripping, drying, and braiding. when i got my french curls last year, my braids were VERY painful - my scalp was itching for days. i gave them another chance a couple days ago, & it's the same problem. i had gotten ano... read more
