Dr Lyde is compassionless & UNPROFESSIONAL. I normally do not write reviews online; however, due to my previous skin cancer, I want other patients to know her lack of empathy & to warn others. She reviewed a spot on my lip, and gave her suggestion on treatment. When I asked about the “permanent scaring” on freezing a spot on my lip line, her response was “I’ve already told you 2 times,” looked at her nurse and told her nurse to “explain” and walked out of the room onto the next patient (dismissing me)!! Dr Lyde is “patient friendly” and takes time to listen to me and explain my diagnosis to me. She never rushes me. Her treatment plans have always been spot on with good results in a timely manner. She is out of my network but I will choose to be treated by her vs going in network. Being treated by a physician who takes time to listen to me, teach me about my diagnosis and giving me a treatment plan with very good outcomes means a lot to me. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.
My family uses her and she proves to be so knowledgeable and explains issues we have so clearly. She treats you as if you are her only patient, because she doesn't rush you our the door, even though she stays focused on the questions and issues at hand. Office staff are so nice and helpful. She has been such a ray of sunshine in our skin issues!!!
Dr. Lyde is very thorough with annual skin check. I had a number of spots "frozen" off as well as a cosmetic spot removed on a return visit. She is gracious in her patient-interface, cheerful, and willing to offer answers to any questions I had.
I had been seeing another dermatologist. I thought is was happy until I saw Dr Lyde! She was recommended by a friend. Wonderful experience, great staff and cool welcoming office. I felt like I'd been going there years. A+
