I submitted a form seeking legal assistance and received this response: “We received your form submission regarding your matter. Unfortunately, we do not have an attorney available at this time, so we will be unable to assist.” Instead of offering actual help, they sent a video about representing yourself. Really? If I wanted a DIY guide, I wouldn’t have contacted a law firm. Completely unhelpful and disappointing.
