LaShay Jones from Lyda Law assisted me in my case. I had a dispute with my landlord over a security deposit. After carefully reviewing the lease agreement and other documents/evidence, LaShay crafted a solid demand letter and sent it on my behalf to my landlord. As a result, my landlord returned the deposit in full in less than 1 week since the demand letter.

Reached out via their website on 4/10 since they're included in my husband's legal plan. Got a response from an admin the next day 4/11 confirming legal plan #. I asked 4/12 if they needed anything else and admin said no, they would let me know if they had availability to take my case in two business days and she sent the info to the WA office.
