Only will issue a regular check for real estate sale proceeds if you are not the client. This was a large transaction and cost me over $1500 in lost interest due to the bank hold period. I asked receptionist for a certified check and not only did she refuse, but was less than polite about it. I will never use this firm. Old school small time mentality.
