Scheduled a spay/neuter not realizing you had to be low income to qualify. Which I wasn't told this when I called and asked about it. I was told to get online and schedule. I paid the 60$ deposit. About an hour later I called back once I realized I didnt qualify and requested to cancel the appointment Told me they couldn't give me my deposit back. What a joke!
This shelter has refused to give back the old dogs of everybody i know that's taken one there in the past couple weeks. We are all being told they "don't have to give us answers" and are claiming that we abuse and neglect our dogs. Two of which being the best puppy parents ive ever met. Weve been lied to and even the cops involved on our behalf keep getting the run around. Took to social media and they deleted all of it and then blocked me. Don't worry guys were all coming for you
