It was very difficult to find someone willing to travel to West Yellowstone. Eric was more responsive and a better price than any of the 5+ other companies I contacted. He was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. The walkthrough was great and the report is easy to read. 10/10

Eric was fabulous. We contacted him on Friday after getting an accepted offer on our home. He got back to us within an hour and we scheduled an inspection for the following Monday. Eric met the seller at the home and agreed to text us when he completed the inspection so we could do a walk through. Eric was so professional and very thorough in the walk through. Eric did a great job when he inspected my house. He is very thorough and is very good at his job. I was impressed that he recognizes very clearly what aspects are and are not in the scope of his job. I asked him if he would ever do work on parts of the house he recommended should be fixed and he indicated that it would be a conflict of interest. I was impressed that he maintained an ethical, professional relationship with me as a client while getting the job done right.
