Office staff never calls back for anything you need. I was able to get a surgery day 3 months after getting the approval from the insurance company because the person who you need to talk to to schedule the appointment is never available and does not call back. Dr Gorenstein is an amazing accomplished surgeon. Particularly for Hyperhidrosis (excess sweating of hands). I just learned about the sympathectomy procedure at age 79. When I woke from anesthesia, no sweat!!! I walked out feeling only a slight tightness in my chest. A Motrin at night and I was fine in the morning for a full day of activity. This knowledge that I won't experice that "look" when someone shakes my wet hand is a blessing I wish I had done this years ago. Many thanks to Dr Gorenstein and his skilled team!
was texting during my appointment and gave no real advice. When i asked for options or a next step, he said "You'll have to talk to your insurance about that, that's not my area of knowledge." very unhelpful :(
Go to this doctor if you want someone to barely listen to you. Very condescending doctor. Rude and took personal calls during my very brief appointment.
