The room was nice, the hallway was definitely a speedway and the noise continued into the night. Walls were super thin, and could everything going on next door and above me.Overall, okay for a lay over but not a vacation stay.
I can’t recommend this hotel at all. The hotel overcharged me for the security deposit initially (despite confirming my preferences and the details in advance multiple times, they still initially charged more than twice the stated deposit amount for no reason).Front desk doesn’t answer the phone and hung up on me rudely claiming it was because they were “busy” (not an excuse to hang up on a guest) Staff refuse to offer assistance when needed (ie: see me with both hands full of hot coffee but don’t offer to help with elevator... read more
I had a wonderful stay! The front desk lady, Sara, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, offering both comfort and convenience. The location is perfect — easy to get to, with free parking available. Plus, SPA Castle is just a 10-minute walk away, which was a great bonus. Highly recommend!
Booked this hotel for a girls night pretty last minute, it gave me Japan vibes. The staffs were all very nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back
