Beware of Hidden fees!! I stayed two nights and as much as i wanted to rate the hotel higher unfortunately they up charge me fees I have no idea why. A $232 for my two nights stay then $140 on 3 different occasions then another $780. I called and they sent me a number to the customers service then hang up. I couldn’t get hold of anyone with the number provided. Fortunately I was able to settle it with my bank. That’s is not supposed to be. Not cool

Update: After the hotel’s response, I want to clarify a few points. Thank you for your response. I wish the hotel had shown the same level of promptness over the past two months, as I made more than 10 calls with little to no response regarding my refund. This is not unidentified ID, This was a verified stay. I have invoices, confirmation emails, and additional documentation if needed.
