the staff are really friendly. I like their online booking tool, transparent and easy to pick my favorite staff and time slot. I have been going for two years and it's the best choice for massage in the area.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Ly massage and spa. The receptionist aunty was extremely unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, her behavior was dismissive and disrespectful. It’s unfortunate that such poor customer service overshadows the rest of the experience.
