I had a lash appointment with Genesis today and I can’t say enough good things! She was so gentle, kind, and incredibly efficient, and my lashes turned out amazing. The salon itself is beautifully set up, super clean, and has such a calming vibe. It was a little chilly, but honestly, I loved it...feels like they’re keeping it extra fresh and germ-free! Thank you, Genesis, for your care and professionalism, and thank you to the whole salon for creating such a welcoming space. I’ll definitely be back!

Lashes didnt last a week. Received other services not impressive for the money spent. Only gave 3 stars because the atmosphere was nice.

I have been there multiple times now where I had to return a few days later to have lashes added due to the extreme amount that had failed out. The policy for this business is if you have a lot of lashes fall out within 3 days to let them know and they will fix so I just followed the rules of their company. I never made a huge issue because it was always corrected.
