Everyone on staff is really friendly and helpful, and they all rock. The technician did a fantastic job, and the young chap on the phone was quite knowledgeable. Strongly advise using them.
When I contacted at 10 a.m. hoping to have a room cleaned that day, the man I spoke with was incredibly kind, understood my situation, and sent someone to my house that same afternoon. In addition to doing a fantastic job, he was MORE than fair with the pricing. Without a doubt, I'll use them again.

This company has my rug and refuses to give it back. Unfortunately, I chose them to service my silk wool blend rug and was told that I would get an estimate for the deep cleaning part of it. The company moved ahead without permission to the deep cleaning portion of the rug, which actually cost more than the rug itself. I just want my rug back and I can't get it back.
