I have imperfections in my Quartz that was deemed a manufacturer issue. Installer has been trying to reach LX Hausys since January. I also tried to call them and they don't answer the phone and no voicemail. Stay away, they don't care after the sale. Update: it's true they're not good at answering the phone. Best thing to do is to file a claim on their website. After I did that, they were very communicative and responsive. They fixed my quartz and it looks amazing.
