Mr. Thomas was referred by my home warranty on two separate occasions. The first was to fix my fridge which was either not cooling enough or freezing. He was prompt, professional and had us back to normal in no time. The most recent was when my dryer was overheating. He assessed the situation and advised the warranty company that there were multiple issues. We were referred to LWT through our home warranty company after our stove/range broke. A repair man came out, took the range apart, and attempted to fix the issue over a series of three additional visits. Parts were ordered that weren't correct, the replacement burner still didn't work (now it wouldn't shut off), and eventually my home warranty company had to order the correct parts themselves and ask LWT to come back out to finish the repair.
