I moved up to Anchorage about 7 months ago and tried various wax places to find one I liked. I actually came to this location months ago and had a great experience but couldn’t remember the name when I wanted to book another appointment. To my surprise, I ended up at the same location today. Once again, I had a great experience with Lilly. The staff are so friendly and do a fantastic job. I will be coming back to LWS in the future.
I went today and got a brazillian wax with Annie and she was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. It was fast, painful, and for my first time too it was not what i was expecting. i’ll definitely be coming back and be sure to book with Annie!
I booked an appointment with Theresa and she was very professional, kind, and helpful. She has the energy and personality that makes you want to come back to the same place! The other staff were extremely helpful and kind even though I wasn’t their client, an overall amazing experience and wonderful business to support. I would recommend getting all your spa services here as the customer service is incomparable.
Updated: I had two lash lift and tint appointments here in January, and then at the end of February. unfortunately, both were unsuccessful. While the tint took (barely), the lift did not work either time. I brought it to their attention after the first appointment, and they acknowledged that other clients had similar issues with a new product they were using. Customer service is very poor. I tried to schedule a facial for my girlfriend a week prior to the scheduled date online. I received a text the day before in the even saying an error on their part can I do 1pm. Replied back no and my appoint was canceled. I tried to call to see about the cancellation and was told they are with a customer and can I text them. The owner texted back saying they were short staffed and other excuses for the cancellation.
