First off, the prices were very great, compared to average. Additionally, my hairstylist, Jessie, made the whole hairstyling and Blonde Root Touch-up go by so quick! She did a perfect color match to what I wanted, and compared it to my undertones, of which blonde color looked best on me! She was very attentive, patient, and super careful. Booking was easy online and they made sure to send reminders and had pricing up front. Going to LWS was a great experience. Ashley was absolutely amazing at doing my facial waxing and providing the head spa services. She was so kind and helpful and just created the perfect atmosphere. I went today and got a brazillian wax with Annie and she was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. It was fast, painful, and for my first time too it was not what i was expecting. i’ll definitely be coming back and be sure to book with Annie!
I was pretty nervous getting a wax for the first time a little over a month ago, but the front desk staff was friendly and the waxer, Lilly, was incredibly nice. She made the whole experience really comfortable despite my anxiety and explained everything so well. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly and would 100% recommend!
