Very pleased with the ability to get in so quickly as a new patient and very happy with the friendly helpful staff!
Mary Mott, PA is a wonderful provider... she was able to help my son when other providers could not. She cares for her patients and takes her time with them, this may mean you wait a little longer at times for your appt, but you know she is going to care for you the same way! She is an excellent provider! (We've been seeing her for several years now)
This company hires companies to do work for them and refuses to PAY for completed work! Based on the reviews, it seems are though they are scamming their patients in the same way they are scamming reputable companies doing hard work. Lakewood Ranch Family Practice is nothing but thieves.
Absolutely horrible place! DO NOT GO HERE. They are trying to take money from you and your insurance provider. I went in to get blood work done and they asked me to schedule a follow up appointment to go over my results. When I asked them if they could just go over the results with me over the phone they refused to and said it was policy to do it in person. Then when I asked will I be charged for this appointment they said yes it is treated as normal visit. I proceed to ask to just have my test results mailed to me unless th... read more
Stay away from these people! They don’t care about their patients at all! My appointment was cancelled without any heads-up or notification. The front desk just told me that my doctor is not coming to work the day I had my appointment. They don’t respect patients’ time at all! Even when the doctor is there, I have to wait for 30min+ for the doctor to be ready to see me. When drawing blood, I saw the nurse has long painted nails which are so gross and unprofessional!
