Dr. Charles was prompt, amiable and professional. He explained items in detail and listened actively. His staff is equally as wonderful.
From my personal experience, this provider's "Annual Wellness Appointment" feels like it's designed to maximize further appointments with specialists in the medical group. The provider's experience with me was nothing more than him staring into his computer, asking a few questions, and coordinating referrals. The primary care doctor did not even refill my medication prescription.
