This doctor's office appears to be highly problematic. Dr. A. Lwanga calls my mom almost every month, only to rush her out within 10 minutes. Dr. A. Lwanga is often rude to my mom, who is disabled and ends up crying at home. When my mom asked Dr. Lwanga about her next appointment, she was told to book it in a month, which seems unnecessary and wasteful. As someone who works in healthcare, I find this practice suspicious.
