The two young men who came to my house were very kind and considerate. My furnace stopped working and they were very thorough, but finally said the furnace was fine but I just needed to replace the batteries every year in the little box upstairs that sets the temperatures. My husband usually took care of these things, but he had recently died. They took a small fee that probably just covered their gas and the replacement batteries. Very honest and kind to an old lady.
