Good service, guys are very helpful and efficient each time I’ve used their service. Customer service leaves something to be desired - made to feel at fault for not understanding why or how my boiler issue had happened and spoken to quite abruptly by receptionist who was quite negative about the likelihood of getting it fixed. Had similar issues with tone of receptionist last year when I had phoned for another query. Other than that, can’t be faulted.
Lawrence their engineer has provided excellent service to our Rayburn Oil stove, both for a routine service and in the diagnosis and repair of faults
