Very impressed with handling of stinky water (no condensation trap) through ageing extractor fan. Quickly identified and rectified. Fast, friendly and efficient. Good price too. Highly recommended.
Until our last experience we have always been very happy, however I cannot recommend now. Our boiler required repair, 1st engineer didn't seem to know what was wrong or understand how air source pumps work but said it needed a part and would be in touch by end of week. 5 weeks later still no sign. After several phone calls to the office and always being fobbed off and promised call back etc which never came. They first misplaced the appointment that they had previously confirmed by email and it had to be rebooked. Engineers were badly behaved and talked each other down during the job. The company is not flexible and is unwilling to take responsibility over their mistakes. I will look for a different service going forward and I would not recommend this business to anyone.
