Great service, punctual polite and tidy
We engaged L W Gas to service our boiler (which was long overdue). We easily set up a convenient time & date. It was thoughtful to give us the name of our guy beforehand and when Ken turned up he was pleasant, informative and efficient. Several parts were replaced yet the final invoice still came in very close to the (very reasonable) basic quote. We were very pleased with every aspect of the service.
We've been loyal customers for many years. Always prompt and efficient service from both the office team and the engineers. The team go above and beyond to offer first class service.
