My LV app does not give the option to do what we need. No option to leave a message using the phone system. Blood work that was to be done for my 90 yr old father prior to his appointment appears to have never been requested. I am canceling his appointment
I need a miracle to speak with an actual person from this office. This happens every time I call. Today I was on hold for over ten minutes and then automatically transferred to voice-mail. Apparently I can expect a call back within 2 business days! This is probably among the reasons why emergency rooms are overloaded with people who don't need to be there.
