First, I would like to say my provider Dr Rajababu Krishnamoorthy was very kind and professional. He deserves 5 stars! Also, the outpatient surgery department at Lehigh Dickson City was a pleasure to deal with. My nurse while having the procedure at Lehigh Valley Dickson City outpatient was Jenn K(also deserves 5 stars). She did an outstanding job!!! First, I want to say that I have received excellent care from multiple LVHN facilities.... but not this office. So to start off, I never saw a Doctor but I did get to see a PA for a whole ten minutes. Not what I would have expected for a first consult visit. After extensive spine surgery to correct spinal cord compression I needed care to remove a foley catheter and to be trained to use CIC until I could void on my own. On 2/13/25 i was beyond desperate trying to get in touch with the urology department. I WAS SO LUCKY TO HAVE BEEN TALKING TO A WONDERFUL COMPASSIONATE WOMAN NAMED KAREN in central scheduling. She went above and beyond to help me get in touch with urology. Mind you, I had used my LVHN APP AS WELL AS SPOKE WITH THE DEPT. OF UROLOGY . They don't call back. My son had fever and a horrible UTI that I was waiting on a letter to be sent to a nurse to come and give my son his antibiotic shot.He's a quadripelegic, and I could not get... read more

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! Had 2 appt for tests and they cancelled both saying they don't do them there. I was there on the 6th and made the appts. wait 2 weeks and they are randomly cancelled Same issues with gastroenterology. They don't return calls either, go somewhere else. Way to overloaded and the owner doesn't resolve anything. LVHN should of never came up here if they can't handle the volume
