I went here to see Dr kumar.for more opinions for my emphysema. I walk in and 1st thing she says is I read the notes from st lukes and problem I had with np in coaldale.Stop I never ever authorized her to do that!never signed off on transfer of anything to her.so she kept asking what do I want from her!!!
