Only downside is the have a sick patient waiting section and they don’t utilize it. Makes it very impractical and annoying for us that are immunocompromised
I wish this office didn’t consistently run 30 minutes+ late for appointments. And also that I didn’t have to bring my sick kid back once a week for a month straight before getting antibiotics. They take up a lot of our time with little consideration.
Canceled my OB appointment the day off. For ultrasound and provider. No apology. Horrible experience. So upset. Now what do I do?
I am not a person to leave any reviews. If it wasn’t for Dr. Burnham I would pull my kids out of here. Today is the 3rd time I had to cancel my son's doctor appointment in Philadelphia. Due to incorrect referrals. Then when I call the lady gives me the worst attitude. I am pledging with this lady and she telling me I have to wait for 72 hours. when I told her about this appointment a month ago. Why does my child have to wait until she can get to it. It’s totally unprofessional.
