I am not a person to leave any reviews. If it wasn’t for Dr. Burnham I would pull my kids out of here. Today is the 3rd time I had to cancel my son's doctor appointment in Philadelphia. Due to incorrect referrals. Then when I call the lady gives me the worst attitude. I am pledging with this lady and she telling me I have to wait for 72 hours. when I told her about this appointment a month ago. Why does my child have to wait until she can get to it. It’s totally unprofessional.

Love Dr. Burnham and everyone at his practice!! Would totally be 5 stars if sick and well visits had separate waiting areas. Especially with the Express Care in the same area, pretty standard with most ped offices so I was really disappointed they didn’t have this.
