If you're looking for an eye doctor who truly communicates with their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Jessica Ammous. She was professional and welcoming. I really appreciated how she explained everything she was doing; it made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free. Lisa, the tech, was also great! Overall, a very pleasant experience...I’d recommend this practice to anyone.
This review is for the Optical Effects eye glass store on the second floor. There is only one person that mans the store, and she also covers the store in Bethlehem, so she is not there every day. If you do manage to be there when she is, she gives great service if you are an elderly white person! If you are Asian or African American I would suggest you look elsewhere.
