I’d give it a ZERO if that was possible. Long story short.. was scheduled for a colposcopy procedure (google if you don’t know what this is). I called them that morning to let them know I was menstruating and they told me to come in anyway. Prior to the procedure I let the ob know I was on my period she checked and said I see there’s a little blood and wiped it away. If I could leave 0 stars then I would. Check in for some reason sits in the dark, ridiculously long wait time with no heads up or explanation for my past 3 pregnancy visits. I needed reswabbing for a routine test because their office used an expired test!! Drs consistently late even though it’s one of the smallest offices to choose from. Today, the Dr “overlooked something” and said my chart shows I’ll be getting my tubes tied during my c section which is not/ was never the plan!! They are absolutely horrible I don’t know what happened in the last year, but I and my pharmacy are always begging for a prescription I need daily. Last week of the month I am calling consistently trying to talk to someone for this medication and You can NEVER get a hold of them or they promise a call back and you never receive them. I don’t know if they get a kick back from the hospital or what but that’s where you’ll end up if you trust them with your care. Can’t wait for the holiday to be over so I can get my file and fin... read more
