If I could leave 0 stars then I would. Check in for some reason sits in the dark, ridiculously long wait time with no heads up or explanation for my past 3 pregnancy visits. I needed reswabbing for a routine test because their office used an expired test!! Drs consistently late even though it’s one of the smallest offices to choose from. They are absolutely horrible I don’t know what happened in the last year, but I and my pharmacy are always begging for a prescription I need daily. Last week of the month I am calling consistently trying to talk to someone for this medication and You can NEVER get a hold of them or they promise a call back and you never receive them. I don’t know if they get a kick back from the hospital or what but that’s where you’ll end up if you trust them with your care. This was the worst experience I have ever had at an OBGYN in my life. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my implant removal/reinsertion done with my gyno or at Planned Parenthood so I made an appointment with Dr. Peters. I’m not a doctor, I don’t how know how local anesthetic works. I do know, that at Planned Parenthood when I got my implant in, they waited some time after the local anesthetic to put in the implant.
