I had a very frustrating experience at this office during what was supposed to be my annual preventive wellness visit. I made it clear to the doctor at the beginning of the appointment that this was a annual checkup, but without my knowledge or consent, the visit was billed as a problem-focused visit. I was not given an opportunity to understand the implications or to decline services that would result in a different billing classification. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Schumaker was very gentle and made me feel comfortable getting an exam.
I drive out to this center because I can get in and out quickly. No problem finding parking. Great staff.
