Very nice medical staff, will continue to go here
Allison Novak does not care about her patients. This office is going downhill fast. I understand that people get busy, but anyone in that office can read test results and write a prescription.
I have been coming to this office for over a 17 years. I have seen multiple providers including Karen Powell, Philip Lawerence, Shelia Jones, Vladimir Nikiforouk, Jennifer O’Neill and Danielle Cantor(my primary gynecologist). Everyone has always been helpful and very respectful. I have loved coming here. Yesterday I was seen by a new provider, Paula Youngdahl. I have never felt more invalidated. Been trying to call the office ALL day from a missed call and absolutely NO ONE answers. I even tried calling other departments just to see if I can get through to someone at least but nothing.
I wish Dr Reynolds never left she was the only good one here. The amount of waiting time and carelessness is crazy I had a situation where I was asked how my baby was doing.... if they would have read my chart before coming to talk to me they would have known that my baby unfortunately passed away after being born. I hate this place with a passion. Wish I could find a better dr like de Reynolds
