I have so many bad things to say about this place that the 500 characters im given to review would barely scratch the surface. If an ambulance coming to save me is going to lehigh valley health, just let me die. After my last "visit" im never going back. No wonder theres so follow up in vasectomy science, I can pay $100 to do it at home or pay them to scam me of more of my money and time.
The doctors and staff are always super nice but they need to organize the waiting room/check in line better. People who enter from the parking garage have to walk all the way around the desk, to stand in line and wait by the entrance from the mall, and then walk all the way back to the doors by the stairs to the parking garage, if the next person available to take them is at the end where they entered. This place is terrible, staff are rude and are incapable of reading information from the computer. If you go here be prepared to wait 45+ mins for absolutely no reason
Dr Erickson was wonderful. She listened and was very patient and kind. The office staff were great also.
