UPDATED.so far a joke. doctor saxena is so unorganized he didnt have any of my results, didnt even know i was coming, and berated me dor 20 mins about blood pressure. He didnt care what i had to say. DO NOT GO HERE if you have mental health problems he'll throw them in your face..........I got referred to the gastro dept for a new patient appt. I left 4 messages since the 3rd with no response. Just to find out today they were trying to schedule a colonoscopy before the 1st visit. Idk where they do that but to have no respons... read more

Absolutely not. At first he seems to be ok, but there’s also something missing in the care management piece. I’ve been to better and he is definitely not it. I should have a say and be a partner in MY medical care, going forth actually listen to your patients.

Just to find out today they were trying to schedule a colonoscopy before the 1st visit. Idk where they do that but to have no response for 2 weeks is insane to find out they messed up. MAYBE RETURN PHONE CALLS AND YOU WOULD KNOW. For them to say they get 1000 referrals a day they can't handle it. According to them 1 out of 32 people in the whole state gets referred there 🙄

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SCHEDULING DEPARTMENTS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THE NEWEST ONE WAS THEY GAVE MY WEIFE THE WRONG POST OP APPIONTMENT ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE. I WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE APPOINTMENT TO FIND OUT ITS MONTHS LATER. I AM 110% CONVINCED THE CS REP DID THIS ON PURPOSE BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT TO DEAL WITH AN UPSET CUSTOMER. THIS IS JUST ONE OF MANY. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.
