Warning to anyone attending or considering this office: Be very cautious with billing. I recently went in for what should have been my annual physical, which is fully covered by my insurance. Stay away from the Family Medicine location across the street. Incompetent front desk Pill pushing doctors. They lost DOT forms I needed for a job. Only go if you need Urgent Care
Ian M. Liebold is the rudest doctor I have ever met. He comes in the room without knocking, head down, and not addressing himself. He was dismissive of my husbands ailments. He wouldn't look at me while talking and he kept trying to leave the room while we were still talking to here. And even when he left he shook his head. Disrespectful. Doctors like this should not be allowed to practice. I will send a formal complaint to lehigh valley.
Had an MRI here. They have a private room with lockers so you can get ready for it. The nurse was very nice! Definitely one of my better experiences at LVHN as far as how welcoming and accepted I felt. LGBTQIA+ Friendly if you're wondering. Even the front desk ladies were wonderful! Thank you.🙂
